Depositary Services

Depositary of International Industrial Bank offers custody accounts services to owners of securities, nominee holders, trustees and special depositaries.

The Bank’s depositary offers:

• safekeeping of certified securities,
• book-entry settlement system,
• accounts opening, registration and processing of securities transaction documents, title to corporate securities in the shareholders’ registers, carrying on clients’ orders in registers and depositaries,
• keeping of issuer custody account of the securities issuer,
• settlements for securities transactions: “delivery/receipt”, DFP, DVP,
• transfer of securities at the client’ orders,
• receipt and payment of dividends, interest and other income on securities,
• execution of pledge of securities
• opening of accounts in registers,
• verification of bills, presenting bills for payment,
• domiciliation of bills, servicing of bill programs.
