Corporate Lending
The Bank offers loans to corporations, both residents and non-residents of
the Russian Federation, in RUR and foreign currency.
- We accept loan applications from companies and
organizations of all ownership structures and types of activity (except
financial activity).
- Under the corporate loan services program the
priority is given to applications for RUR 500 000 or over.
- The Bank extends working capital loans, loans to
finance short- and middle-term payment schemes for bulk contracts, contracts
to purchase raw materials for further in-house treatment and exporting.
- Lending is implemented through loans and opening
lines of credit (both revolving and non-revolving).
- Loans are granted for up to 1 year. In some instances
longer-term loans can be granted depending on the Client’s financial standing,
intended loan use and security offered.
- Interest rates on loans are market-oriented and set
individually depending on the amount, tenor, currency, the Client’s financial
standing, intended loan use, repayment period and security offered.
- Loans are granted provided their repayment is secured
(i.e., by plant and equipment, real estate, securities, shifting stock of
merchandise, first-rate bank guarantees, third party surety, etc).
