International Industrial Bank attracted a US$ 80 million syndicated loan
The International Industrial Bank signed a term loan facility agreement for US$ 80 million for a term of one year at the rate of LIBOR+2% p.a.
The deal launched on July 25, 2008 at US$ 75 million and successfully closed at US$ 80 million, with oversubscription of US$ 5 million. The Mandated Lead Arrangers are ABN Amro Bank, Banco Finantia, Credit Suisse, Landesbank Berlin and Standard Bank. Standard Bank is the Facility Agent. The syndicate involves 10 international banks (including MLAs) with commitments of US$ 1.5 million and up.
